One of his favorite pastimes right now is feeding himself yogurt. Messy, but fun!
He also loves climbing up onto the fireplace hearth.
This month marked Jacob’s first time playing in the rain.
At first, he wasn’t really sure what to think
But then his friend Libby showed him how to splash in the puddles.
(You can probably guess his reaction to that.)
Rain is a big plus in Jacob’s book.
Playing in our front yard
Helping me take photos of my knitting
“Are you done yet, Mom?”
So small!
So cute!
Hiking with Dad
Handing books back and forth
Flirting with our friend Gayle
Puppy on the head!
Our friends Stacy, Neil, and Asher have a great back yard.
Jacob loves Asher.
Although he doesn’t really understand why Asher can’t walk yet...
Big boy!
Mischievous boy!
Running in the leaves
Jacob always wants to play with my laptop.
His label reads “I love my Mommy”
“Helping” Neil rake up leaves.
(So much fun!)
“Mother, time for
me
to have the camera!”
Looking up at Daddy
Fun with the self-timer
Jacob really likes this
More yogurt
A typical afternoon with Mom and Jacob.
(He’s expecting a very important call, you know.)
Sitting in grown-up chairs ROCKS.
Playing with something
He’s a very serious boy
And a very sweet one.
He got nostalgic for this bouncy seat when we brought it out for Asher.
Cuddling with Mom
Playing with toes.
Getting into something he shouldn’t
da da da da da...
...Da Da Da Da Da...
...DADADADADA!
Another fun-filled month. At his 15-month appointment, Jacob weighed 23 pounds and was 32.5 inches tall.
